When starting to plan your link campaign you should be able to spot the difference between bad and good links. Back links can be gained through link exchanges which can be one link, reciprocal links, and three way link exchanges.
• One way link is where a site gives a link to your site may because you bought a service or you gave them any service or due to any other reason.
• Reciprocal link is where you give a link from your site to a site and the site owner links back to your site from his site.
• Three way link exchanges are where in you link to a site and the site owner links back to your site from another site that is a different site from what you linked to. This kind of linking is popular as it gives a false impression of the link being a natural link.
